Description:
This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to Comfort Inn Quantico pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. The Comfort Inn Stafford is closest walkable hotel available to the training campus. A walkable hotel is required for this procurement. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) January 14, 2022. Point of contact is Naomi Collier Naomi.Collier@usdoj.gov. The proposed order is for Student Rooms for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Comfort Inn Quantico; 20 Salisbury DR Stafford, VA 22554. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 721110. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
