Original Set Aside:

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has a requirement to award a sole source order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0001920G0005 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Mission Systems Sector, Land and Avionics C4ISR Division (NGSC). The purpose of this order is for the procurement of non-recurring engineering efforts to modify Department of Navy Large Aircraft Infrared Counter Measures (DoN LAIRCM) software to correct deficiencies identified through software trouble reports (STRs). The required tasking includes software requirements definition, preliminary and detailed design, algorithm analysis and code modification, as well as test and evaluation resulting in the delivery of modified software. This effort is being solicited on a sole source basis under NAVAIR solicitation N00019-22-RFPREQ-PMA-272-0016 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Mission Systems Sector, Land and Avionics C4ISR Division (NGSC), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. NGSC is the sole developer, producer, and depot repair facility for the LAIRCM system used by the United States Government. This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
