This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and it incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04, effective as of 30 January 2022. Announcement Number: 95332422Q0024 Title: Director (Monitoring & Evaluation), Department of Policy and Evaluation Position Information: Intermittent Personal Services Contractor (PSC) One (1) one-year base period (up to 1,664 hours per year), renewable for up to four (4) one-year option periods at the sole discretion of the Government Pay Band: 3A $128,400 – $192,700 ($61.52 – $92.33 per hour) See https://www.mcc.gov/careers/pay-bands. In addition to the direct compensation referenced above, the PSC will receive a pay supplement of 30% of the employee's direct labor cost in lieu of fringe benefits.
