NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Teaching Strategies LLC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source. The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Family and Child Education (FACE) has a need to procure The Creative Curriculum for Preschool in support of their program. The anticipated period of performance will be one year from date of award. No solicitation is available and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement.
