Original Set Aside:

The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to negotiate a modification to Contract N00173-17-C-2012 exclusively with Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc. Contract N00173-17-C-2012 was awarded competitively to Clean Harbors to provide routine and emergency services support for treatment or disposal of all non-radioactive chemical, debris, contaminated requirement and biological hazardous waste/regulated medical waste containing heavy metal at various NRL locations. This modification proposes to increase the contract value in order to support the increased volume of Aqueous Firefighting Foam waste from fire testing activities. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and a solicitation will not be issued. However, the Government will consider all responses to this notice. Responses must be sent via email to the Contract Specialist, Zun Lin at zun.lin@nrl.navy.mil no later than 10:00AM Eastern Standard Time, 28 December 2020.
