Sources Sought Synopsis Small Purchase Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Hanscom Air Force Base, MA THIS IS NOT A SOLCITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS This is a Sources Sought Request for Information (RFI) for a potential Construction Contract at Hanscom Air Force Base (AFB), MA. The purpose of this Sources Sought/RFI is to conduct market research in order to determine whether responsible sources exist and if this effort can be executed through a competitive process. This Sources Sought/RFI is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought/RFI or any follow up information requests. Respondents will not be notified of the results. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the anticipated price is more than $10,000,000.00. This multiple-award IDIQ is for a broad range of commercial services, supplies and maintenance, repair, alteration, and minor construction projects, under the simplified acquisition threshold, on real property at the following locations: Hanscom Air Force Base (HAFB), MA; Sagamore Hill Electronics Research Annex – Hamilton, MA; Fourth Cliff Recreation Annex – Humarock, MA; and Cape Cod Space Force Station – Joint Base Cape Cod- Sagamore, MA. Work under this IDIQ contract shall include but not limited to replacing and repairing flooring, carpets, alarms, doors, and fencing. Work will also be required in the following trades but not limited to painting, landscaping, carpentry, interior renovation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sheet metal, welding, painting, demolition, and concrete masonry. The information requested will be used within the Air Force to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the agency.
