Original Set Aside:

The govt. is seeking realistic, safe battlefield effects for CAPE DEMO 22. The effects shall mimic/replicate explosions and small arms fire during a direct action assault. The contractor will provide specific services (See SOR) and an appropriate number of battlefield effects (BFX) technicians to transport, secure, emplace, and safely operate requested effects for demonstrations to over 11,000 spectators. Reference attached documents for a complete description of the requirement, offeror instuctions and the basis for which selection will be made.
