By this solicitation notice the U.S. Government solicits for quotes for performance of services under a firm-fixed price contract for custodial cleaning services of geographically separated areas of Aviano Air Base, Italy (excluding Medical and DeCa facilities) in accordance with Air Force Common Operating Levels of Service (AFCOLS). The subject service shall be acquired using FAR Part 12 procedures for the Acquisition of Commercial Items. FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall govern this competitive acquisition (FAR 13.500(a)-acquisition is <$7.5M). The Contractor shall furnish all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed in a professional manner. The general requirements of the service are illustrated in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). In order to be deemed as responsive, interested companies shall conform to the general and specific quote preparation instructions. Performance of the service will come into effect 1 March 2022 (starting with a one- month prior phase-in period) and will have a duration of 5 years (one base 12-month period and four 12-month option periods) with a 6 months possible extension of services.
