Description:
**UPDATE** Attachment "Question Resolution Matrix" was added. Due date extended to Friday 25 Mar 2022. This is a presolicitation synopsis in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2. This notice is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor is it to be construed as a commitment. This is being released as a Draft RFP with the ability for indusrty to provide input and suggestion to the governemeny on the process/format of this requirement. The proposed contract action is to provide the Air Force (AF) and the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul initiative (MROi) Functional Management Office (FMO) and Complex SME teams with advisory and assistance services (A&AS) for Functional on-site support. This will include; advise and assistance of business/management oversight, data configuration management, process standardization, implementation services, and user/configuration functional training services specific to the Impresa/MRO application. The contractor shall plan, manage, organize, direct, schedule and control all resources, processes, activities and tasks to accomplish the requirements of this PWS. This effort will provide the appropriate foundation for the organic resources to prepare for synchronization of DOT_LPF-P efforts and implementation planning activities which must be completed and in place to support the fielding of the software solution. This will be a competitive 8(a) set aside and all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Please use the attached question resolution matrix to ask questions/offer suggestions regarding the process/format for this requirement. The solicitation is expected to be released on or about 4 Apr 2022.
