Please continue to monitor this posting for further updates. This is a presolicitation notice regarding the upcoming FY22 FTORD MEC Remedial Action - Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Munitions Response Support. Remedial actions are ongoing in support of closure of the Former Fort Ord. Support to the Fort Ord Base Realignment and Closure (FO-BRAC) office during remedial actions related to the cleanup and closure is required. These remedial efforts are expected to be variable based on BRAC program priorities in the next 3 years. The objective of this resulting Contract is to provide technical services in support of ongoing Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) remedial actions at the Former Fort Ord including: a) Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC) Cleanup; and b) Hazardous, Toxic Waste (HTW) Cleanup. The anticipated acquisition strategy is 100% Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5) and will result in a Single Award Task-Order Contract (SATOC). Solicitation is expecetd to be released in June or July 2022. A sample task order will be included at time of solicitation and will be used in part to evaluate responses of the solicitation. Please note that any posted documents are DRAFTS and subject to change prior to solicitation. The Government reserves the right not to post the solicitation. During the solicitation a ProjNet entry will be created for inquiries/comments.
