To be considered or equal, contractor shall provide technical specification worksheet with submission to determine if meets technical acceptability. Failure to provide technical worksheet shall result in quote being determined technically unacceptable. Type 1, Grades A or B, Class 1 of A A 59503, shall be Oil Free. A -A-59503 is the mandatory technical workbook, no revisions will be utilized.
