The Defense Human Resources Diversity Management Operations Center is seeking opportunities to conduct outreach in order to assist it with identifying, attracting, and retaining a highly-skilled diverse workforce in the DoD. The objective of this sources sought is to identify whether events are being held, either virtually or in person, to enable DMOC to establish strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders at diverse colleges and universities, professional associations, public, private, and non-profit sectors, affinity organizations, and other collaborative mechanisms to effectively reach all Native American, Asian, Hispanic, Women in the Federal Workforce and African American audiences.
