Work includes, but is not limited to: provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to remove and replace approximately 475 square yards of glued down carpet and pad in rooms 413,417,419,420, 421, 423; provide and install approximately 365 lineal feet of 4-inch-high vinyl wall base; and repair approximately 720 lineal feet of the buckling double stick carpet in room number 217 and provide new carpet pad under the existing carpet at the Federal Building/Post Office/Courthouse, Pierre, South Dakota. Security clearances will be required for all workers. Work to be completed within 45 calendar days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on December 1, 2021 at https://sam.gov/, with offers due on December 22, 2021. Anticipated award date is January 19, 2022. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be REGISTERED and ACTIVE with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov on the offer due date. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
