Original Set Aside:

The Sawtooth National Forest, through the Boise, Idaho contracting office, is soliciting quotes for janitorial services for the Sawtooth National Recreation Area Headquarters. This building is located at 5 North Fork Canyon Road. The total area consists of approximately 9,800 square feet on two levels, including four restrooms with water closets, lavatories, and urinals and two restrooms with water closets and lavatories, outside, adjacent to the front entrance. On the second-floor level there is approximately 3,000 square feet of carpeted floor space, with two restrooms with water closets and lavatories. There are two sets of carpeted stairs, which consists of 254 square feet of area. On the ground floor there is approximately 6,750 square feet of carpeted floor space, with two restrooms with water closets and lavatories and three tiled entrance ways. All six restrooms are tile floors and walls. There are approximately 20-25 employees. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial services performed at the Sawtooth National Recreation Area Headquarters Office are in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Exact work days will be determined after award of contract with COR unless otherwise noted.
