Custodial services are needed to ensure facilities are clean and sanitary for the safety and well-being of employees, residents and visitors at Manchester Ranger District administrative sites, in support of USDA/FS/Green Mountain National Forest mission statements, goals, and objectives. The contractor shall be responsible for all labor and supervision necessary to provide custodial services at Manchester Ranger District administrative sites to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of facilities at by performing basic custodial services at a quality standard of clean and sanitary working or living environments throughout the year, and additional periodic intensive cleaning and sanitation services as specifically required throughout the year. Custodial maintenance of facilities at Manchester Ranger District administrative sites will be achieved by performing basic custodial services at a quality standard of clean and sanitary working or living environments, and additional periodic intensive cleaning and sanitation services as specifically required. The contractor shall provide all equipment necessary to accomplish the tasks and deliverables described, including: vacuum cleaner, floor buffer, steam cleaner, rug shampooer, brooms, mops, and any cleaning products specifically needed for use with these pieces of equipment, such as: waxes, floor sealers, and spot removers. The contractor shall supply buckets, sponges, rags and all other equipment necessary to maintain a quality standard of clean and sanitary working and living environments in facilities at Manchester Ranger Station administrative sites. The contractor shall perform weekly basic cleaning services and periodic intensive cleaning services to ensure the cleanliness of all common areas, workspaces, and doors and windows at the Manchester Ranger Station office and Mount Tabor Work Center Dormitory. The contractor shall perform the same basic and intensive services to ensure sanitary conditions in the break room, locker room, and restrooms at the Manchester Ranger Station office facility, and in the restrooms, kitchen, laundry room and dormitory bathrooms, bunkrooms and bedrooms at the Mount Tabor Work Center dormitory.
