The Alexandria VA Hospital Medical Center has a need for Grass Cutting and Site Trimming services at quarters. Contractor to do Bi-Monthly grass cutting, limb removal fallen on ground, trimming around housing units and fences, edging sidewalks and curbs, blowing clippings from walkways and spraying when necessary. The contractor shall adhere to the requirements in accordance with (IAW) all terms, conditions, provisions, schedules, and specifications of this SOW, local, state, federal and VHA regulations. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents on or about Wednesday December 29th, 2021 which will contain the specific instructions and requirements. The solicitation will be issued as SDVOSB under NAICS code 561730, with a size standard of $8M. The response due date of this solicitation and the date of contract award, as well as being registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov on the date of contract award. This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice only. This is not a request for pricing at this time.
