Original Set Aside:

The Government (Office of Naval Intelligence) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1(b)ii. The proposed source is Vound Colorado Inc., Evergreen CO 80439. The procurement is for annual maintenance and support services for Intella Pro Software, 23 licenses, license 1136249630 for the period of twelve (12) months. This notice is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotations received will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered soley for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses are due 10 June 2022.
