Q&A was attached. See attached Notice to Quoters (Pre-con plus site visit) for the date of the pre-proposal conference and site visit. If you wish to participate, contact the contract administrator by COB 26 Nov 21 in Japan Standard Time. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to perform inspection, maintenance and repair of the Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition System (SCADA), including Remote Station Panelboards (RSPs) at Camp Zama, Sagamihara Family Housing Area (SFHA), Sagami General Depot (SGD), and Akasaka Press Center (APC) in Japan. The services shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS), commercial standards and practices, and manufacture’s specifications. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement. Note 3: Appendixes are not attached to the uploaded PWS. The offeror shall contact POC via email to receive the appendixes. Note 4: The date of the pre-proposal conference and site visit will be posted in SAM. The offeror who wish to participate in the conference/site visit shall contact POC via email.
