F3T3CE1309AW01, Sole Source Acquisition for Schneider Electric HVAC Controllers The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to Schneider Electric Building America Inc. This procurement will be for the upgrade of controls on the Fan Coil Units (FCU). APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Schneider Electric Building America, Inc. is the Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The anticipated award date is Feb 2022.
