Pre-solicitation Notice Interior Least Tern Nesting Survey Services Red River below Denison Dam, Texas to Index, Arkansas W912BV22Q0026 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W912BV22Q0026 for Interior Least Tern Nesting Survey Services at on the Red River below Denison Dam, Texas to Index, Arkansas. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541690 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $16.5M.
