In Summary: The Contractor shall provide all required equipment, software, firmware, hardware, commissioning, installation and training to provide VOA with a fully functional SMPTE 2110 IP routing system. VOA will return any excess equipment, software, firmware, and hardware from the GV Node system once GV Orbit is fully operational.
