The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) Orlando has a requirement to procure a 1-year Exata software maintenance and technical support license for the Cyber Library for Exata network simulation/emulation software. In addition, obtain a Joint Network Emulator (JNE), a Government-off-the-shelf (GOTS) library that runs on top of Exata, which provides user approval by a Government entity.
