THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all labor, supplies, and materials necessary to perform janitorial services at the following locations in NH: 1525 South Willow St., Manchester, NH (3,600 sq. ft) 71 NH Route 101A, Amherst, NH (3,750 sq. ft) 211 Loudon Rd., Units E&F, Concord, NH (3,667 sq. ft) 410 South River Rd., Bedford, NH (2,428 sq. ft) 537 Central Ave., Suites S-1, S-2, S-3, Dover, NH (2,273 sq. ft) 172 West St., Keene, NH (2,720 sq. ft) Locations over 3,000 sq. ft will require services three (3) times per week; locations less than 3,000 sq. ft will require services two (2) times per week. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
