MODIFICATION 0001 ADDITION: The Supervisor's office of the Ozark-St. Francis National Forest is located at 605 W Main Street in Russellville, Arkansas. It houses approximately 60 employees, has two floors and a basement with an approximate square footage of 26,430. MODIFICATION 0002 QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS: Do the floors need to be waxed? No Are the carpets expected to be shampooed? No What specific days will the building be cleaned? Monday/Wednesday/Friday after business hrs (4:30 pm) Will the cleaning chemicals be provided as they are now? The cleaning supplies will be continued to be provided by the forest. The serviceable square footage is approximately 15,000. The contractor shall plan, program, administer, manage, and execute the work necessary to provide custodial services for the Ozark – St. Francis National Forests Supervisor’s Office, in accordance with all federal, state, local laws and regulations, commercial standards and practices and this Performance Work (PWS). The contractor shall maintain each facility to ensure a healthy, clean, and professional working environment. The contractor shall perform required cleaning services through innovation, technology, manufacturer’s recommendations, or any other means at frequencies determined by the contractor. Quality assurance will be based on the performance outcome, not on frequency or method.
