DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS DESIRES TO LEASE SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease space yielding 10,000 contiguous net usable square feet of office and related space in Lakeland, Florida. New and Existing buildings will be considered. However, If not a New Building, the Space offered shall be in a Building that has undergone, or will undergo, by occupancy, a complete modernization or adaptive reuse of the Space with modern conveniences. The space must be available for occupancy by February 1, 2022 and must be located outside the 100-year floodplain. The lease term requirement must be in full compliance with the requirements of the Request for Lease Proposals (RLP). The period of performance will be for 4 Years, 2 Years Firm. Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: North: Interstate 92 South: 570 Polk Parkway East: County Road 33A West: 572 W To be included interested offerors responding to this RLP shall address ALL of the following when responding to this advertisement: Offer must fully comply with ALL requirements and supporting documentation mandatory as per the Terms and Conditions of RLP # 36C24822R0049 and/or any annexes to it. All documents must be final, must be signed and must be acknowledged by placing the offeror's initials on each page. Cover Page contain the following information: Proposed property address with map showing property within the delineated area. Name, phone number and e-mail address of property owner. Note, if responding and you are not the property owner, i.e., broker, provide written statement from property owner (owner letterhead) authorizing you to represent the owner. Documentation evidencing that proposed property is outside the 100-year flood plain.
