This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial items prepared in accordance FAR Part 12; Acquisition of Commercial items shall be used as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is being solicited as RESTRICTED to all small Business. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to award the contract for Chill water unit rental for USCG SFO Fort Macon, Atlantic Beach, NC as per specifications in the attached Scope of Work. Quotations are being requested under number 70Z08522QCEU00003. The NAICS code is 532490. This resultant contract from this solicitation will be firm fixed price. All bids are due no later than 12/23/2021 at 11:00 am Easter Time. The solicitation, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-07. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses for Commercial items are included in this solicitation and are applicable. All clauses and provisions referenced in this announcement may be accessed at the following website free of charge: http://www.acquisition.gov/far All Offerors must be registered with the System Award Management (SAM) per FAR-52.212-1, System Award Management. Offerors who are not registered with https://beta.sam.gov/ may be considered nonresponsive and will not be considered in the evaluation. The contractor will be required to provide along with price, a delivery schedule, sufficient technical literature, past performance information, completed FAR 52.212-3, and offers' name, address, point of contact name, phone number, fax number, email address, tax identification number and DUNS number. Relevant Past Performance information should be three references within the last five years (5) years. Provide Company's name, point of contact, telephone number, fax number and email address. This information MUST be current. Failure to submit the completed FAR 52.212-3 may be considered nonresponsive and will not be considered in the evaluation. All Technical questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted by email to the point of contacts listed below by 12/17/2021 at 11:00am Eastern time. Answers will be posted on this solicitation by 12/20/2021 11:00 am eastern standard time. Questions and Answers update: How much hose(supply & return) is needed and how much cable( feet from chiller to hook up point) is needed: Answer: The current unit has 25ft hoses(supply and return) and approximately the same length for electrical hook up.
