General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: South Dakota City: Sioux Falls Delineated Area: North: Interstate Highway 90 (I-90); East: Interstate Highway 229 (I-229); South: Interstate Highway 229 (I-229); West: Interstate Highway 29 (I-29) from I-229, north to 41st Street, westward to Marion Road, north along Marion Road which becomes 471st Avenue, and continuing northerly to I-90. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,838 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,512 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 3 reserved/surface, plus code required spaces Parking Spaces (Reserved): 3 GOV Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 18 years Additional Requirements: A. Located in a prime commercial office building or office park with professional surroundings; B. Located within close proximity (no more than 2 drivable miles) to numerous hotels/motels and restaurants; C. Located within ¼ mile of a bus stop; D. Located within ¼ mile of public parking facilities if sufficient on-site parking is not available (minimum of 60 spaces); E. Located on no more than two floors; the Agency desires contiguous space, however space bifurcated by a fire rated common corridor is acceptable; F.
