Sources Sought Notice LODGING SERVICES Product Service Code: V231; Transportation/travel/relocation Lodging, Hotel/Motel NAICS: 721110; Size Standard: $35M Date Published: 15 December 2021 Contact: MSgt Desiree Santos, Contracting Division, 192d Mission Support Group, 159 Sweeney Blvd, Langley AFB, VA 23665 Location of Potential Work: Langley AFB, Fort Eustis, Hampton, Newport News, Sandston, Richmond, and Chester located in Virginia Synopsis: SOURCES SOUGHT, Virginia Air National Guard The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential Small Business sources interested in this potential project. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested Small Business parties should respond. 192d Mission Support Group intends to issue a solicitation for Lodging Services, as described in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). All interested Small Business concerns are requested to provide this office, in writing, a notification no later than 21 December 2021. The notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include: 1) A positive statement of intent to quote/bid as a prime contractor; 2) A completed and signed Source Sought Information Sheet Lodging; 3) A listing of comparable projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, Contract number, location, and Point of Contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor; and 4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted. Information shall be provided via email to: desiree.santos.2@us.af.mil . Include the following in the subject line, “Sources Sought W50S9B22Q0005”. Facsimile responses will not be accepted.
