Amendment 0002 to Request for Quotation (RFQ) 36C26322Q0132 is to amend the Performance Work Statement as follows: Paragraph 1.D is hereby changed from: The Government anticipates the need for a resident mechanic at the VA NWIHS working 40 hours per week. The resident mechanic will need to work 8 of the 40 hours per week at the Grand Island Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). For this contract, the standard operating hours or duty hours are the hours between 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday, except Federal Holidays, not to exceed (NTE) 40 working hours per week. to: The Government anticipates the need for a certified elevator mechanic at the VA NWIHS working 16 hours per week. The mechanic will need to work 8 of the 16 hours per week at the Grand Island Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). For this contract, the standard operating hours or duty hours are the hours between 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday, except Federal Holidays. Paragraph 2.6.A is hereby changed from: Category Five tests shall be performed by a 3rd party ANSI/ASME QE-1 Certified Elevator Inspector hired by the Contractor. to: Category Five tests shall be performed by a 3rd party ANSI/ASME QE-1 Certified Elevator Inspector contracted by the VA not affiliated with the Contractor who has performed the maintenance.
