Original Set Aside:

The Contractor shall be responsible for all required materials, equipment and personnel to manage, administer, and supervise the project. All workmanship shall be of good quality and performed in a skillful manner as determined by the Project Manager (PM). Contractor shall remove existing motor and blower assembly. Install 2 Geenheck Model Plenum fans (Vari-green EC motor, dial for balancing) or equal to. Contractor shall modify the electrical to accommodate the new motors for the AHU. Contractor shall retrofit new bower assembly, create a wall in the AHU, and blank off any gaps to create a discharge plenum to be installed. Contractor shall repair any items required for testing the operation of Air Handlers mechanically, and make necessary electrical modifications for new motors at Building 2000 rear mechanical room. Contractor shall supply the materials and service described in this document below. All work shall be conducted in compliance with the American Society of Heating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) standards. This is a turnkey install and start up. Contract shall result in a fully operational system. 502 CE shall not provide any materials, tools or equipment. Additional information is in the attached documents.
