TO: All Prospective Offerors NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) plans to issue Amendment 3 to RFP 80GSFC21R0039 for the Mars Sample Return (MSR) Capture, Containment and Return System (CCRS) Earth Entry System (EES) Spin Eject Mechanism (SEM) procurement in support of the Mars Sample Return Capture, Containment & Return System (MSR-CCRS)Project, Code 435. The purpose of Amendment 3 to RFP 80GSFC21R003 will be to resolicit proposals, allowing an additional period of 45 days for the receipt of proposals from prospective offerors. The amendment will provide updates to existing clauses and provisions, where applicable, and will contain revisions to Attachment A Statement of Work, Attachment B EES SEM Requirements Specification, and Attachment C Deliverables Items List and Schedule.
