Original Set Aside:

The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source requirement for the Verifit 2 Clinical REM/HIT for the 59th MLRS office at Wilford Hall, JBSA Lackland, TX, to E3 Texas Special Instruments (CAGE Code: 3X391, 3333 N Kennicott Ave, Arlington Heights, Illinois 60004) under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice is neither a request for competitive quotations nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested companies may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement. Responses to this notice should include: 1. Written narrative (not to exceed 1 page) of Contractor’s capability to provide the following: MFG: E3 Texas Special Instruments, Part No. 3547, Audioscan Verifit 2 Clinical REM/HIT, Quantity: 6 each MFG: E3 Texas Special Instruments, Part No. VA-201, Etymonic Design NOAH Module, Quantity: 6 each 2. Company Size in relation to the applicable North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) 339112 - Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing; 3. Commercial and Government Entity; 4. The socioeconomic status of the company, i.e., small business concerns, 8(a) business, HUB Zone small business, small disadvantaged business, women-owned small business, veteran- owned small business; and 5. Point of Contact information to include name, email address and telephone number.
