NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with UHS of Provo Canyon, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.501 (a), 41 U.S.C 1901 The BIE, Chemawa has a need for youth treatment services. The anticipated period of performance will be from January 1, 2022 ¿ September 30, 2022.
