Original Set Aside:

RFQ SPE4A8-22-Q-0021. Solicitation is in accordance with FAR 13.5. Procurement of ONE (1) CNC T-TYPE HORIZONTAL BORING MILL in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 19-13-1310 dated August 20, 2021. The contractor shall provide ONE (1) CNC T-TYPE HORIZONTAL BORING MILL, shall be new (not a prototype), Technical Data, Foundation, Installation, Training, IUID Tag, and Shipping. Quantity is One (1) each. This solicitation will be solicited as a Full And Open Competition procedures for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. None-NSN Item. FOB at Destination with Inspection at Origin and Acceptance at Destination. QAP 175 Shall Apply. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 365 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA), past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The estimated solicitation issue date is January 19, 2022.
