1. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit offers for Service Support Agreement & Voice Plan for the LYNX Panic Duress/Code Green System for the Seattle and American Lake Campuses. That provides technical & software support to the maintainers of the LYNX system. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS Code 561621 - Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) 3.
