Original Set Aside:

It is anticipated that the U.S. Government will award an Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity Firm Fixed Price (IDIQ-FFP) type contract whereby the Contractor shall be required to deliver miscellaneous inside Plant (ISP)/Outside Plant (OSP) Fiber Optics (F.O.)/Copper, Cable and Wiring Services. These projects involve the routing of copper and fiber cabling at: U.S. Naval Support Activity (NSA) Capodichino, Carney Park, Joint Forces Command (JFC), and Flag Villas, Naples; NSA Support Site, Gricignano di Aversa, Caserta; and NSA Gaeta, Italy. The Contractor shall be responsible for all ISP/OSP new wirings, relocations and repairs directly associated with Optical Fiber (O.F.)/Copper backbones and structured cabling. The contractor shall be responsible for all parts, labor and other hardware including and not limited to: Project Management, Scheduling Permits, Licenses, Inspection Scheduling, and Fees All Cable Routing Activities Periodic Field Observations Reports Inspections and Tests Final Acceptance and Work Closeout Warranty for hardware and systems as provided Safety Provide types and locations of Hazardous Material Deliverables (Red Line drawings, Network Diagrams, Test Reports, Schedules, Project Support Agreements, etc.) Integrated Product Team (IPT) weekly conference call updates Coordinate work with other Contractors on-site It is anticipated that the Request for Quotation (RFQ), number N6817122Q0030, will be available in electronic format and will be posted to the European Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (EURONECO) with transmission to www.sam.gov Place and time of delivery will be specified in the RFQ. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the internet site for the release of the RFQ and amendments (if any). The RFQ release date will be on or about 19 January 2022 and will close approximately 21 days thereafter.
