Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Pacific Islands requires the delivery of 27 fifty-five gallon drums of Mobilgard 312 lubricating oil. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2190-22-00574 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-03. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 324191, Petroleum Lubricating Oil and Grease Manufacturing. This is a small business set aside for companies with less than 750 employees. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: 27 x 55 gallon drums of MobilGard 312, to be delivered and pumped aboard by vendor. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The NOAA ship Oscar Elton Sette requires the procurement of ExxonMobil MobilGard 312 lubricating oil for their regular lubrication oil changes.
