Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Pacific requires Chevron lubrication products for the NOAA Ship Oscar Dyson. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2190-22-00593 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 324191, Petroleum Lubricating Oil and Grease Manufacturing; the small business size standard is 750 Employees. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: 335 Gallons – Chevron Delo 400 SDE 15W-40 CLIN 2: 200 Gallons – Chevron Delo ELC Coolant CLIN 3: 400 Gallons – Chevron Rando ISO 46 Hydraulic Fluid (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The vendor is to provide the brand name supplies in CLINs 1 – 3 per the attached statement of need. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point. FOB DESINTATION delivery is required no later than February 28, 2022 to: NOAA Ship Oscar Dyson Kodiak City Pier – Berth 2 727 Shelikof Street Kodiak, Alaska 99615 (viii) All applicable provisions and clauses are attached in a separate document.
