Notice of Intend to Award to an 8(a) Firm. The Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) at Camp Pendleton, CA, intends to issue an 8(a) direct award purchase order for Arista Maintenance for a base period of one year with four 12-months option periods. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed purchase order to Hana Technologies and Systems Incorporated. The Government has determined the award of this purchase order is the most cost effective and efficient action to maintain MCTSSA’s Arista Maintenance support services to include part replacement and software update/upgrade support. This Notice of intent is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. The determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any party interested in submitting questions or concerns regarding this notice may contact the Contract Specialist, Jeanie Leeper at Jeanie.leeper@usmc.mil no later than 10 days after this announcement.
