The Arkansas Army National Guard, Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock AR 72199 hereby gives notice of their intent to award a purchase order to TestOut Pleasant Grove, UT 84062 (CAGE Code: 1QJN7) on a sole-source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(i), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement will support the Army National Guard Professional Education Center (NG PEC) and will provide vouchers for TestOut training ,e-courseware, & labs for a total of 70 vouchers. The subject requirement is for IT certification preparation courses in the following areas: A+(PC Pro), Net+, Sec+ and Linux. NAICS code 51130 (Book Publisher) and PSC code 6910 (Training Aids) with an expected delivery date of 14-FEB-2022. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within five (5) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis, will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
