Oconee Ranger District Longleaf Pine Reforestation Planting Services for planting Government- furnished seedlings in a manner to insure acceptable survival at the specified stocking level per acre. No materials, labor, supervision, or equipment will be furnished by the Government unless specifically identified as Government furnished Property. All work on this project must be complete by April 15, 2022. 1) Offerors must have an active entity registration in the System for Award Management in order to submit an offer. https://www.sam.gov/SAM/ 2) Quotation shall be submitted to Laray Arrington, Purchasing Agent , LaRay.Arrington@usda.gov through email no later than January 12, 2022, 4:00PM, Eastern Time. Please include Longleaf Pine Reforestation Planting Services subject line on the email. 3) Modifications, amendments, or withdrawals of proposals and other communications should also be made to the e-mail addresses. Hard copies of proposals will not be accepted. Any proposal received after the exact time specified for receipt shall be treated as a late submission in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.215-1, “Instructions to Offerors-Competitive Acquisition.”
