Original Set Aside:

Provide clinical, epidemiological, administrative and logistical support for research project for emerging infectious diseases being conducted by PAVRU in the Philippines. Provide related passive surveillance activities of dengue vaccine ancillary study to complete annual visit, re-consenting activities during the visits 18 and 19 for no fewer than the 449 subjects enrolled and reimburse subjects as outlined in currently approved protocol. Contractor shall provide facilities for the execution of the study, including the provision of clinical research staff required for the study, and provide office, equipment, supplies and document spaces/storages. Execute all study-related tasks as detailed and approved in the protocol. This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought (SS) Notice is for market research, information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of U.S. Army Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) or the US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA). This program will support the Armed Forces Research Institute of Medical Sciences - Thailand. Respondents should address the following in their capabilities statement: The Contractor shall provide information demonstrating the capabilities of performing the services as identifed above in the Phillipines. This announcement is not a formal solicitation and is not a request for proposal. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made of any costs to provide information in response to this announcement or any follow up information requests. Availability of any formal solicitation will be announced under a separate announcement.
