This requirement is to upgrade or replace the current physical access control system (PACS) and to provide warranty and maintenance services. The work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Full details of the requirement are included in the attached documents. Amendment 1 added - The purpose of Amendment 1 is to extend the due date for offers to 03 February 2022 at 3:00 pm EST. Amended Synopsis/Solicitation Instructions are attached. Amendment 2 added - The purpose of this amendment is to make changes to the SOW, attach RFQ Questions and Responses, attach Floor Plans, and extend the date offers are due. An amended SOW is attached and all changes are highlighted in yellow. The date offers are due is extended to February 10, 2022, 3:00PM EST. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged
