This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this action. Proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-01, 12/06/2021. This solicitation starts 12/21/2021 and will end 01/10/2022 at 4:30 PM EST. Questions are due not later than 01/03/2022 at 10:00 AM EST. This requirement is VA Police Psychological Evaluation. See Statement of Work All offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://wwwbeta.sam.gov to be considered for an award of a federal contract. The record shall be complete and not missing elements such as representations and certifications; and SDVOSB/VOSB s shall be certified by the Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov. The Government will evaluate all quotations using the Comparative Evaluation process outlined in FAR 13.106-2(b)(3), where quotations will be compared to one another to determine which provides the best benefit to the Government. Contractors interested in providing these services should submit their quotes via email to shirley.courtney@va.gov. Quotes shall be received 01/03/2022 at 4:30 PM, Eastern Time Zone and reference the solicitation number.
