Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for American Sign Language Services 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Solicitation number 36C25922Q0102 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-01 Effective December 06,2021. 3. This acquisition is a 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541930 Translation and Interpretation Services, with a small business size standard of $8 milion. 4. FAR Clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 apply to this procurement. For the exact text and wording of clauses and provisions please see FAR Looseleaf | Acquisition.GOV. The Government contemplates an award of an unrestricted Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation. 5. Description of services: In accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and price schedule, the Contractor shall provide American sign language interpretation services for VHA Office Of Community Care located at 3773 Cherry Creek Drive North, Denver, CO 80209. 6. Period of Performance (POP): The period of performance shall begin on the effective date of award. A base period of twelve (12) months and four 12-month option periods. 7. See Addendum to 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors on the attached RFQ document for information on what to submit with your offer. 8. See Provision 52.212-2 Evaluation of Quotes on the attached RFQ document for information on how award will be based. 9. Quotes are due 01-17-2022 @ 2:00 PM MST. All questions/inquiries must be submitted to the contract specialist via electronic mail (e-mail) not later than 01-11-2022 @ 1:00 PM MST. Inquiries submitted via telephone calls will be re-directed to an e-mail submission. 10. Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(f). 11.
