Simplex, Inc. is the sole manufacturer of the existing equipment being utilized Base-wide for the fire alarm system. Trane HVAC Chillers - The chillers selected for use on the AFMC Headquarters Renovation project at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio are Trane chillers. Predator Elite Integration Security Platform - The proprietary Predator Elite Integrated Security Platform equipment will include balanced magnetic switches, motion detectors, glass break sensors, tamper switches, card readers (with/without keypads), local audible alarms, electrified mortise locks, and power supplies which are manufactured by LINX Defense, LLC located in Canton, Ohio.
