REPLACE DITCH-9.1, Crestone Creek WCS-1 and 10.1 CULVERTS and WCS Structures and INSTALL NEW IN-CHANNEL STRUCTURES. This Project includes providing all labor, equipment, and materials to remove existing culverts and water control structures (WCS) at three road crossings, install three new culverts with steel headwalls and sheet pile wingwalls with water control structures, and install 350 feet of rocky fill for a engineered rock streambed that is to be maintained as fish habitat. GENERAL INFORMATION: The magnitude of the project Between $100,000 and $250,000 with a budget towards the middle range of the magnitude. The total performance period is 60 calendar days from the issuance of the notice to proceed. The period of performance is affected by the water levels and spawning of the fish present in the waterway--meaning may be adjusted to avoid impacting any fish. All work will be coordinated, and approved work start with the on-site FWS staff. The project is offered as a Total Small Business set-aside, NAICS Code is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The small business size standard is $39.5 million.
