REQUEST FOR INFORMATION Audio/Visual Equipment for ABM SIM, Fire Station 2 and WEG Boat CAUTION: This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes. In accordance with Part 10 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation; the U.S. Government is conducting market research. In addition, the Government is requesting any feedback or comments to the Government’s requirements. This RFI does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. Further, the Air Force is not, at this time, seeking proposals, and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any Information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All Costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the responding party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Objective: The Tyndall AFB requires audio/visual equipment for three facilities. Please see the Draft Statement of Work (SOW) for the minimum requirements the Government has identified. The Government is seeking information regarding this requirement. Anticipated install dates for ABM SIM are April 2022, Fire Station 2 and WEG Boat are September 2022. This acquisition will not be a small business set-aside and intended to be open market. Does your company have the capability to source all of the equipment, including the installation portion? What are the expected lead times for installation in 2022? Please identify any items that may result in longer lead times. Do you have storage available should schedules slip beyond 30 days? At this time, longer storage on base is not possible. What is the estimated cost per square foot per day? What is the estimated square footage to store for each project? Please identify any specifications that are restrictive to a specific brand Do you sell all of the items listed on GSA? If so what schedule?
