Original Set Aside:

The contractor shall, except as specified in the Performance of Work Statement (PWS) as government furnished property or services, provide all personnel, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to maintain and operate Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) F-15SG and United States Air Force (USAF) F-15E aircraft and equipment assigned to the 366th Fighter Wing located at Mountain Home AFB (MHAFB), Idaho, in support of the Peace Carvin V (PCV) mission. Covered maintenance services include servicing, ground handling, inspecting, and repairing all assigned aircraft, aircraft components, and associated mission support equipment in accordance with the requirements listed within the PWS. Covered operations services include providing support for flying and maintenance scheduling, Maintenance Operations Center (MOC), Maintenance Training Flight, and Operations support: to include aviation resource management, Aircrew Flight Equipment (AFE), aircrew training, and simulator/platform instruction in accordance with the requirements listed within the PWS. The Solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract with a one-year base period, and four (4) one-year option years. The base period will be 1 Oct 22 - 30 Sept 23. The North American Industry System code is 488190 and the small business size standard is $35M. This acquisition will be full and open competition. A formal Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued on or after 21 Dec 21. via System for Award Management (sam.gov). Prospective bidders must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) in order to be eligible for award. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
