PRESOLICITATION NOTICE The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 16 has a requirement for Building Power Washing Services for facilities located at the Alexandria VA Healthcare System at 2495 Shreveport Highway, 71N, Pineville, LA 71360-4044. This is a presolicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents on or about January 3, 2022, which will contain the specific instructions and work requirements. The solicitation will be issued as a total Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS code 561790, with a small business size standard of $8,000,000.00.
